As far as I know this is the highest resolution image ever taken of Quito, Ecuador at over 16.5 Gigapixels in size.  Not only can you see the city in incredible detail but you can also see the eruption of Volcan Cotopaxi in the background.  Taken from the top of Volcano Pichincha you can zoom in and see all of the sights of Quito including the historic center, El Panecillo, La Mariscal, Plaza Foch as well as all the parks and the airport.  Wanna buy a print?
